Linked By Legacy is an initiative that was first started by the Tom Karlin Foundation and The Kim Foundation after realizing their shared mission of suicide prevention. Together, we knew that there were other family foundations in the country that were created in a loved one’s memory that we would want to work with, and from that, Linked By Legacy was created!

Our mission is to serve as a coalition of grassroots suicide prevention organizations working together to save lives through advocacy, education and collaboration.

Membership is open to any 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on suicide prevention and was founded in legacy of a loved one. Current member organizations by state can be found here: https://www.thekimfoundation.org/linked-by-legacy/
